What’s your favorite type of chocolate? Milka- it is German. Yuuuuuuuuuuum.
How do you like your steak? Medium rare and very peppery.
How do you like your burger? I’m not into burgers really, and when I do eat them it is fast food so how they are done isn’t factored in.
How do you like your eggs? Scrambled, burned to hell and back. There should be nothing runny left!
How do you like your potatoes? Yes. I like potatoes. Madly. Passionately. Jesus, now I think i am going to go make some potatoes. Bloody hell.
How do you take your coffee? I don’t.
How do you take your tea? Warm in a Chinese restaurant.

What’s your biscuit or cookie of choice? Mommy’s sugar cookies. Mine turn out almost as well, but there is something about not having made them. 🙂
What’s your ideal breakfast? Absolutely ideal? Oh god. I am so into breakfast food. Waffles, pancakes with strawberries, crepes oh god crepes, breakfast potatoes (aka hashbrowns), cream of wheat with apples in it, breakfast burritos….. Jesus I love breakfast food. I would be happy eating breakfast three meals a day every day.
What’s your ideal sandwich? Pastrami with Swiss cheese. Yum.
What’s your ideal pizza? I really like Amici’s combination with no mushrooms. 🙂
What’s your ideal pie? Apple, I am so boring.
What’s your ideal salad? I can’t think of everything in it. It is on the menu at Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza.
What food do you always like to have in the fridge? Sandwich fixings, ketchup, yogurt, veggies, milk.
What food do you always like to have in the freezer? Ice cream. Everything else comes and goes.
What food do you always like to have in the cupboard? Pasta stuff cause it is an easy last minute meal.
What spices can you not live without? Garlic powder, salt, pepper.
What sauces can you not live without? Marinera. Honey mustard stuff (I make this.)

How often do you go food shopping? It varies a lot. Anywhere from every 3 days to every 9 days.
What’s the most you’ve spent on a single food item? I bought a rack of lamb once that set me back a pretty penny.
What’s the most expensive piece of kitchen equipment you own? For some value of owning the kitchen equipment…. I haven’t a clue. I don’t think most of what I have contributed to the kitchen has been expensive.
What’s the last piece of equipment you bought for your kitchen? Aluminum foil pans because I was giving them away. 🙂
What piece of kitchen equipment could you not live without? Stove.
How many times a week/month do you cook from raw ingredients? Not as much as I used to… Maybe once a week. Ok, maybe two or three times a week.
What’s the last thing you cooked from raw ingredients? It is hard to make eggs not from raw ingredients.
What’s your fast food restaurant of choice, and what do you usually order? My favorite is Amarin Thai and I alternate between Sweet Basil Beef, Yellow Curry Chicken, and Pad See Ewe. Fucking fantastic.
Pick a city. What are the three best dining experiences you’ve had in that city? Hm. I want to pick somewhere interesting. Ok, Paris. This of course means that I am only talking about places to eat in/around Disneyland Paris–but oh well. 😉 1)The Cinderella restaurant was fucking amazing. That was one of the very nicest steaks I have ever had in my entire mouth. Why is this meme so much about food? Jesus now I am hungry. 2)The Pirates of the Caribbean restaurant was also really really good. I even tried Tom’s swordfish and it was decent. That is a huge compliment from me about fish. 3)Planet Hollywood had some very well prepared food as well. I have eaten in other Planet Hollywood’s trying to recreate the experience and it has never been as good as it was in Paris. 🙂
