I am a unique, special flower… just like everyone else.

1. I have gone to Australia with a man I barely knew.
2. I have had naked pictures taken of me in front of a glacier lake.
3. I have left the country three times only bringing one backpack.
4. I lived as a slave for two years before my owner ended our M/s because it was “too much work.”
5. I have moved more than forty times.
6. I have attended thirty-one schools.
7. I have dealt with both my brother and my father committing suicide within three months of one another.
8. I had custom boots made in London.
9. I was attacked by a pit bull and had a large amount of my face removed and then put back.
10. I went to Paris in order to go to Disneyland Paris and didn’t see anything else there.

Has anyone else done any of these?

#2: Yep. Been there, done that. =)

#3: Only if you count Canada & Mexico — they were at least for a minimum of two weeks away at a time.

I don’t doubt. I am just delighted and would madly love to see them if you would be willing to share. 🙂

Well, they were film and not digital (I’m old, you know), but I did get copies. Just have to figure out where those pics are packed up. …..I’m thinking they may be in an attic in Sacramento.

I really can’t wrap my mind around you as “old.” I have decided the word just doesn’t apply.

            Was this in Alaska too?

          3. tshuma

No, not in Alaska. I was busily being Queen when I went up there the first time, and the whole naked pictures thing wasn’t quite in the program. *koff*

The second time, well I was with my former fiance, and he was a little straight-laced. He’s apparently loosened up since then, I hear.

This was Glacier National Park, at a place called Iceberg Lake. It’s a brisk 1.5-2.5 hour hike up, up, up to the lake, mostly in full sun. For water that’s only ~4 degrees Celsius, it feels remarkably good. For about two milliseconds. Then the body shouts “Out!Out!OUT!” because it wants to live. After that the sunlight makes the air feel like warm waves lapping away the cold. =)

Totally amazing to be at the Continental Divide like that, and realize that those tiny discolorations on the cliffs above you are in fact mountain goats jumping around on a nearly vertical surface. I do have a couple of pictures of that handy, cause they’re in a frame with a few others that I kept in my dorm room.

you got me beat on all accounts.

    How about…

    • I have lived to tell the story of a teenaged crack whore
    • Developed a fetish for latex gloves from the dental office
    • and remain continually impressed with your worldly and kind self, via this strange thing called the internet.

    #1, debatable. I _may_ have.

#3, ayup. In fact, with less. And more times. Lookup Las Cruces, NM and Detroit, MI. Cities on the border make this trivial.

#5, define “move”. :-). For “I pay rent for 7+ nights”, done that. For “set computer for dial up accounts”, done. For I pay rent for 1+ nights, easily twice prolly 3-4 times that. For 30+ nights, you got me beat.

#7, I have a friend who lost her mother, (surpise – long term alcohol effects), while her father was in hospice and died 3 months later, (long term cancer decline), all while her sister, blood daughter of the parents, was in a mental institution, and aunt, (her only other known relative), was in senior care, (senile). And my friend is adopted, (doesn’t know her blood parents). I think you win on this one, but it’s a close call.

#10, close. I rode roller coasters in 10+ different parks in Europe. But I rented an apt in Paris for a month. So I saw other stuff. And never got to either obelix or disney.

#1- You were crazy enough to invite a girl you barely knew.

#3- Good point. Most of my friends can’t pack light.

#5- I win on this one. I’m talking about living somewhere longer than a month. Usually at least ten weeks.

#7- The reason I think I am somewhat unique on this one is cause neither of them were sick. I don’t think of itas winning. 🙁

      #10- Icki France

#1, not much risk there for me, really.

#10, the french are pretty easy, really. You just need to know a tiny bit about french culture, really french pride. Once you know the secret, the french are generally predictable and easy.

I’ve had naked pictures of me used as the photographer’s christmas card
I’ve moved to Italy to live and serve a man I barely knew
I was in training and service for 9 years with my Trainer before my Trainer gave me to my Owner
    I have been a pro-sub
I have done marriages and burials as a minister
I went hiking with my Owner in the alps for our honeymoon
I was ordered, while on my knees, to marry my Owner.

Glaciers are kewl. Travelling is fun. Good for you for seeking adventure.
