I’m about to be late for work, so consider this a placeholder invitiation.
If you are seeing this you are on my invite list for being welcome in our home on Christmas Day. This isn’t going to be a huge party, but I’m really into Christmas and I plan to sit around watching Christmas movies and eating yummy food and generally basking in having my first non-sucky Christmas in years and years. 🙂
You are welcome to join me. I am going to request that if you want to come over you HAVE to let me know. Maybe only the morning of, but please don’t just show up and expect us to feed you/entertain you. That would be pressure I am not ok with having on Christmas. Thank you for your consideration. I am 80% certain we will be there. We may leave on the early side, though. I’d like to start a whole new Xmas tradition with Brian that involves having privacy.

(I also understand about the privacy bit. I have messloads of privacy these days and not enough friend time so I’m on the other side of the coin. But I have been there. Good luck getting the traditions you want to have!!!)

I actually opened the box… 🙁 Sorry. We have ordered a lot from Amazon and so I didn’t know if it was one of our things. But I have certainly set it aside so I can watch it with you for the first time. 🙂
