I do it every year. You talk about your kid(s) a lot, and your work, and any traveling you’ve done. I’ve gotten so I can make it all sound pretty convincing.

i’ve written the same newsletter for the past 15 years.
just change the sentence order and a few of the words…
“Our social lives have been very busy. Sometimes it’s a pain, meeting new people and getting to know them, but we find it’s all worth it in the end.”

I have similar problems. I ended up just writing two christmas letters. One for family and one for people who know me better. =]
I got it yesterday. You did well!
Though my housemate read it and asked me if “one of those big parties Noah used to host” was a TKOP 🙂
I think that’s just because she knows the sorts of people I know, and doesn’t indicate anything about your skillful letterwriting.
