I was working on a nanny the other day and she defined the distinction between Au Pair and Nanny.
A nanny is a dedicated child care provider that has a love for children and their care.
An Au Pair is a 17 year old girl from France who wants to sleep with your husband.
So, I’m not sure if that’s what nannies are for, or if that’s what au pairs are for 🙂
