I’m now to the point where I can calm down from really big triggers after five days with only writing a few emails to friends for support. I didn’t need to do anything drastic. I typed and waited and the time passed until I could calm down.
This is major progress.

If this is related to the triggers I’m thinking of, you’re a far stronger person than I am for not doing anything “drastic”. I suspect I would have gone frickin’ ballistic.
