I am probably a hopeless square, but… if it’s illegal in most of those places to sell weed, then how does one get it? How can you possess it legally but not be able to buy it in the first place? I am envisioning a pot version of Amish friendship bread that is only ever given to neighbors and such.

Most of these places it is fine to grow your own, so I would develop cultivation skills. Where do you get the plant to start with? Good question….
