I’m tired just looking at that. No, a bullet journal is not the solution. Apparently I don’t like OmniFocus very much. I’m out of focus.
OmniFocus can be harsh to keep up with. I have trouble sometimes and it’s my primary organiser.
My psychiatrist suggested similar blogging. My therapist said don’t do it, it’s not for you. It was stressing me out just getting started. My therapist has me drawing….. wax crayon, thick paper, no intention of doing anything. Doesn’t help me organize things but it sure does calm down my brain.
I discovered pastel crayons not too long ago and I’m shocked by how much I like them. You mix colors by rubbing them with your fingers and it is incredibly satisfying. I’m glad you are having fun with your drawing. 🙂
