BaGG?

Tonight is NIN night at BaGG.

There is significant commentary that multiple members of the band will be there and potentially Trent.

Uhm. Was anyone planning to go? I’m not actually a NIN groupie… but it could be kind of cool…

I was planning to go and then I tired myself out going to a concert last night and decided not to but that might make me change my mind again. sleep? who needs sleep?

Nope, if it’s going to be extra-crowded, I’m more disinclined to go.

Now a night when the place will be empty, with lots of open space on the dance floor, sure!

Ah, a woman after my own heart! Do you enjoy dining in nearly empty restaurants too? 🙂

Lol, not so much. For restaurants, my ideal is a nearly full room, but they can seat me immediately. If it’s nearly empty, it might be a sign the food sucks. Wheres, even if the music sucks, I can still dance to it.

We may go, Almus is getting a cold though so we aren’t sure yet.
Now, if the NIN people were dragging their opening band along, I would be there a million times over. (Dresden Dolls! whee! The show last night kicked so much ass, seriously. If Amanda Palmer was at bagg, I’d have to seriously struggle not to be a huge dork of a fangirl.)

Yes, I would definitely go if the Dresden Dolls were going. Their show was awesome. (Huh. I bet we saw each other, but I don’t know you.)

Probably – I spent most of the evening fairly close to the stage at the line of tables to the left. Sitting on a table, since there was no way I was standing for several hours.
I took my brother, it was his first concert. Damn good first concert I think. (he’s 15, I’m a bad influence and took him out on a school night.:)
I have a feeling I saw lots of people that I’ve seen around online, but never in person.

That’s almost intriguing enough to get me to go. Almost. Not quite.

One of these weeks, darnit. Though I really really wish I were going to the concert.

The more I think about it, the more tempted I am to go. The whole point of getting the car was to let me do stuff like stay out late at clubs… and it’s been something like a year since I last went to BaGG, sadly. I guess I’ll go if I’m feeling enthusiastic later. It’s more fun for me when the club’s crowded.

That might convince me to actually go (since I feel guilty driving alone). But, I see from comments below that you’re probably leaving earlier than me… I wasn’t going to get there til 11 or so, probably, and stay til 1? I don’t know. Before I had the car I’d have to leave at midnight and it always seemed like that’s when things got going. What time were you thinking of, if you still need a ride?

*gasp* Might you be thinking of going?

I’m debating heading towards the city soon-ish for the munch (it’s at 7:30) I would be arriving at BaGG early (around 9:30 when they open the doors). I don’t need to stay late…
