seeing as how i’ve spent my whole life trying to NOT be bald
i’m always surprised when somebody volunteers to “the look.”
when i worked at the college a thousand years ago
a young lady started work with shoulder-length hair.
each week, she cut another inch-or-so from her locks.
and, eventually ended up with a style like yours.
i asked her why she’d done it.
i’ll never forget her reply:
“the shorter i cut it the more powerful i felt.”
kind of like the reverse of Sampson, i figure.
you *do* have a very attractive top-of-the-head.
and your ears are perfect for short hair.

I wouldn’t have thought it – but it suits you.
So, is there a story behind the change?
There isn’t A story. Depending on which day you ask there are many. 🙂

I wouldn’ta thunk it either, but it certainly does look good on you! Very nicely shaped head!

Say, I don’t think I have you on my Facebook list. Wouldn’t mind fixing that…
I don’t suppose you are trekking down to Guy’s birthday party in February. 🙂

Now, if I’d seen that earlier I would have recognized you straight off! You look great that way — elegant, even.
